Exercise Theory is an online virtual hub offering exercise education to the over 65 population. We do this through our blog posts, social media channels and regular emails. Exercise Theory also have courses available, the latest being our virtual falls program, Get Up! Stand Up! which aims to give you the tools and knowledge required if you ever experience a fall, as well as exercises to help prevent falls from happening.
My name is Shelley Clark and I am the founder and owner of Exercise Theory Australia. I am a Senior Exercise Physiologist and have been working with the over 65 population for 15yrs.
We here at Exercise Theory have a passion and focus for providing exercise education as well as appropriate exercises for all to achieve, regardless of you physical mobility, stability and strength.
So whether you are a seasoned exercise participant, or starting out for the first time in your life time, we are looking forward to joining you on your exercise journey.
